Oh god, that interminable fucking Intermission. It is absolutely worth getting past it, because immediately past it is Act 4 which is where the story starts being amazing, for me personally. Also introduces the trolls? But yeah, the Intermission is a hell of a roadblock. It does turn out to be plot-relevant, but not for a while.
